Lot's of winetasters at the event

Deviled eggs to die for! They were stuffed with crab meat

My friend and I were given tickets by our company to attend the Wine and Spirits Top 100 Wineries event. I've never been to a mass tasting like this before, but it was a blast. They had wines representing all different sections of the world and at many of the winery tables, it was the actual owner/winemaker pouring the wine! The food was excellent too. Small apps from some of the best restaurants in San Francisco. The event ran from 6:30 to 9 (at least for us in the lowly "non-trade" crowd), but by 8, I'd had more than my fill of wine and food. Can't wait to go next year!

Such a fantastic event, though it WAS crowded...can't wait till next year!
