Wine to pair with Easter lamb


I'm going to be making rotisserie lamb on the grill for Easter this weekend. Garlic and mint marinade/rub. Asparagus and cheesy potato gratin on the side. 

I would really appreciate any suggestions for wines to pair with this.

I'm gonna be opening several Rhone wines - either from the Rhone Valley itself, or a Rhone blend from California. Rhone just seems to have the stuff to pair nicely with lamb.
