VINCELLAR DO NOT TRUST THEM - THEY WILL KEEP YOUR WINE

I sent them my expensive wine to VINFOLIO to sell.  They couldn't. I paid for 3 day air to ship it back. The package never got to me. I contacted UPS to put a tracer on it and they contacted VINFOLIO who stated they received the packagae back and to take the tracer off.  I contacted Customer Service at VINFOLIO who then stated a day later "NOW they didn't have the package".  UPS and myself find this very fishy. "How can you one day have the package and then one day don't".  I email 3 times a day VINFOLIO asking for either my wine returned or the value of my wine sent to me which is almost $800. I have sent it to the CEO of VINFOLIO and on down the line. Everyone just ignores each and every email.  This is not a professional company. They are extremely shady. Do not trust them.  We are taking them to small claims court. No one should be treated like this.  They are theives. We will not stop getting the word out about this horrible company until we are paid.
