Spring Mountain - Cabernet Sauvignon Estate
Wonderful example of an aged, old-style California Cabernet. So different than those made today!! Still smells great, like green tea and eucalyptus! In great shape, though showing a little flabby on the 2nd/3rd night. Possibly past its window, but still a great example of what they used to do early on.
tasted this as soon as I got it...seems less brooding that the 05s I have tasted so far. hoping this will age well and develop nicely.
