Brittan - Pinot Noir Basalt Block
Opened this one to test a group of bottles we shipped back from Oregon through a minor heat wave. Was worried upon opening the bottle because none of the aromas or taste were there that we had at the winery. Decanted once and over the course of two hours or more this wine opened up beautifully. One of my favorite Pinots from my favorite regions, Ribbon Ridge.

Chehalem - Pinot Noir Ridgecrest Vineyards
Still a little young. Some additional bottle age might help this open up a little. Decanted it once and had to leave it open for about an hour before the aromas and taste we had at the tasting room showed up.
