2005 Black Bart - Syrah Napa Valley
It was tasty, but not worth even the discounted $35 we paid for it. We opened it the night before, then immediately capped it. Then we decanted it three hours before consumption. Perhaps too much air? Maybe we should have let it rest for another year or two?
