Banknote - The Vault
62% ZINFANDEL, 25% SYRAH, 13% CABERNET. 14.5% Alcohol in content. The nose has a cassis, cigar box, and a hint of vanilla. Lots of red tart cherries and red currant.
A bit rustic in flavor. It has a nice cream soda finish. I would prefer to pair this with food rather than enjoying it alone.

Fisticuffs - Cabernet Sauvignon
Black Licorice to the nose. 14.5% Alcohol in content. A very impressive dark color. Very fruit forward flavors with a distinctive prune and cassis to the palate.
Noticed the wine on Gary Danko restaurant's wine list for $70.00.

Meander - Cabernet Sauvignon
Meander 2005 Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa Valley -
Very nice rich and bold wine. 14.8% Alcohol in content. The color is a very oppulent dark ruby red. The nose has a very distinctive blueberry scent. Flavors of of tar, strawberries, cassis, and plum are dominately expressed. Very tight tannins. More flavor and complexity shows after it opens up.

Vall Llach
Extremely nice dark ruby red color. There are a calculated amount of high harmonious glycerin levels to fruit. The taste is rich however not overpowering. There are layers of soil minerals, chicory espresso, and dark fruit flavors with a nice cocoa finish. I would recommend some decanting for full enjoyment.
65% Carinena, 15% Syrah, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 5% Merlot
