Guido Porro - Barolo Vigna Lazzairasco
c- black cherry core to orangish rim. n- cherry, kirsch, cut flowers, perfumed cedar, mint and truffle. p- cherry, leather, and truffle. Very austere with aggressive tannin. Needs a lot of time.

COS Pithos Bianco
This is a really interesting white from grecanico. It smells of wild yeast, strong lemon and grapefruit citrus notes, and has a light briney note. The palate is aggressive with the citrus, some floral notes, bitter almond, and a chalky note. It actually has a bit of tannin and significant body.

Paolo Petrilli Il Guero
Earthy perfumes give way to layered dark fruits, chocolate, and tobacco. A really nice and surprisingly elegant wine for the region.
