Writer's Block - Grenache
Dinner Party -
The aromatics are of ripe raspberry, the palate is lush with more ripe berry notes including raspberry, blueberry and fresh picked spring cherries. The tannic structure is there but well integrated, providing for a sophisticated and long finish. Pair with beer and mustard glazed country style pork ribs.

Skylark - Pink Belly
John Lancaster wine.
Floral notes & fresh strawberries. The palate and finish are crisp but smooth, with more strawberry notes. Pair with Roasted Salmon.

Moet & Chandon - Dom Perignon
Past due.
Dark caramel color and lacking sufficient bubbles. Still interesting and drinkable.
1999
Domaine Chandon - Etoile Brut Sur Lees
Nice as a starter to the evening. Not too sweet or bubbly.
