Gaspereau - Vitis
Double Gold Medal - 2010 All Canadian Wine Championships Gold - Atlantic Canadian Wine Awards Vitis, the latin word for vine, is the fitting name we have chosen for our Gaspereau Vineyards' Premium Blend. The finest Lucie Kuhlmann, DeChaunac and Baco Noir grapes from 2007 were blended together to produce this hand-crafted masterpiece. Vitis displays a deep, intense burgundy color and a predominately raspberry/cranberry nose with nuances of mocha and chocolate. Pairs well with hearty red meat and pasta dishes.
