RSS stands for "Really Simple Syndication". It is a way to easily distribute a list of headlines, update notices, and sometimes inventory changes to a wide number of people. Think of it as a one-stop shop for all the stuff you want to read online. For the consumer, an aggregator or reader, either web-based or installed on your computer, ties it all together.

To make use of this information, you have to download and install an RSS feed reader like SharpReader. Every so often, the aggregator checks the RSS feeds you selected. 2011 Wachau - Riesling Terrassen Federspie
Origin: Austria - Wachau | Variety: Riesling | Producer: Domäne Wachau Domäne Wachau is one of Austria's most renowned wineries, based in Austria's most prestigious wine growing region, the Wachau. Steep terraced yineyards, a cool, marginal climate and meagre primary rock soils define the wines. ?Federspiel" stands for dry, medium bodied and elegantly balanced wines of the Wachau. Terrassen The "Terrassen" wines are blended from various steep terraced vineyards throughout the Wachau valley and offer a perfect introduction to the unique wine style of the Wachau. From vineyards website Tasting Note Bright straw yellow with green highlights. Showing fragrant grapefruit and apricot aromas underlined by hints of exotic fruit. Mouthwatering apricot aromas on the palate with an elegant structure. The racy acidity is perfectly balanced by the abundant fruit and depth of aromas. How to enjoy best Serve well chilled at 9°C - directly from the fridge. A sophisticated food wine! Perfectly accompanies light fish dishes, soups, poultry, prosciutto, salads and vegetable dishes. Best enjoyed within the next 2 years.

NV Bernard Pertois Brut "Cuvee de Reserve"
paired with mango salad and was excellent. Great when paired with food versus drinking on its own.
