RSS stands for "Really Simple Syndication". It is a way to easily distribute a list of headlines, update notices, and sometimes inventory changes to a wide number of people. Think of it as a one-stop shop for all the stuff you want to read online. For the consumer, an aggregator or reader, either web-based or installed on your computer, ties it all together.

To make use of this information, you have to download and install an RSS feed reader like SharpReader. Every so often, the aggregator checks the RSS feeds you selected. You log on to the aggregator and see the updates to your favorite sites, blogs and stores, all in one place. For more information on RSS, please visit:

2012 Main Divide - Pinot Noir Tehau Selection
'Silky, ripe and with soft tannins,' said Skilton, 'with lovely dense fruit, yet retains grace'. Burzynska was won over by its 'rich satiny dark fruit with notes of roasted spice and some structuring tannins', and McKenna liked its 'good herbal edge'. A sophisticated pinot noir at a surprisingly low price. Score - 5 Stars out of 5. (Panel,, Sept. 24, 2014)

2012 Constant-Duquesnoy - Vinsobres
Up there with some of the greatest Vinsobres I've ever tasted, the 2012 Vinsobres Confidence is an even split of Grenache and Syrah that was vinified and aged in barrel. Its inky purple color is followed by an incredible wine that has notes of black raspberry, crème de cassis, dusty soil and dried flowers, full-bodied richness and a seamless, elegant, layered profile on the palate. The tannin quality here is off the charts, and this is exceptional juice. It's hard to resist now, but it should have 10-15 years of longevity when all is said and done. Score - 94. (Jeb Dunnuck,, Jan. 2015)
