Dominique Laurent - Morey St-Denis 1er Cru
A great time to drink this wine. Time has given it harmony and balance. Delicious and satisfying with tonight's dinner of grilled lamb.
William Fevre - Chablis Les Preuses
Oyster shells, white flowers; sea and sun; every sip more engaging...and long long long. Amazing how big the gap between premier and grand can be.
Huet (Haut Lieu) - Vouvray Clos du Bourg Sec
Honied notes mingle with white flowers and straw in the nose. Complex, vibrant with a mineral finish. Hard to ask for anything more in an aged white.
Grand Veneur - Chateauneuf du Pape
Immediately aromatic. Elegant and fine in the mouth. Harmonious. A good time to start drinking this wine; Has 5 or more good years to go. More please!
Cherisey - Puligny Montrachet Les Chalumeaux 1er Cru
Gold color. Caramel notes on the nose. Linear and fresh. Hint of oxidation? At its peak, drink now.
