2003 Ligneres - Le Signal
A fruit forward wine with vibrant dark cherry and plum flavors. nice balance, no noticeable oak, for a hot vintage. Drinking very well now. A showcase for the potential of Carignan.

1999 Picard
Nice classic claret. Dark color, only starting to brown at the edges. Raspberry, Strawberry and Santa Rosa Plum fruit with a nutmeg spice component. Good lingering acidity, drink with food.

2007 Tempier - Bandol (Cuvee Classique)
Deep purple in color. Blackberry and Santa Rosa plum, with some nutmeg spice. Good acidity. No animal to speak of.

Still needs some time -- good core of fig fruit, good acidity.
