2005 Drinkward Peschon - Cabernet Sauvignon Entre Deux Meres
Dark inky purple color. Amazing nose with lots of berries. Wine opened up within minutes and continued to evolve over the course of a 2-hour meal. Good structure with ample silky tannin.
