Chehalem - Dry Riesling Reserve
Nose was suprisingly big - sharp citrus, green apple, mandarin orange, some green florals. Grapefruit is the primary taste here, which blossoms halfway through and fades into a slight rind-ish bitterness on the finish. Higher levels of acidity was unexpected, but refreshing once I adapted to it.
