Joseph Roty - Charmes Chambertin (Tres Vieilles Vignes)
pop and pour. Plums, fruits, intense, sumptuous and on the salty side. Good 15sec length.
Beaucastel - Chateauneuf du Pape
Bottle Breathe for 1 hr. Filled with honey and sweet tannins, very enjoyable now! lovely!
Louis Jadot - Gevrey-Chambertin Petite Chapelle 1er Cru
not a memorable wine.
DRC - Echezeaux
The first DRC I ever had. Lovely nose, well balanced and good length palate, but not very complex, but def not as memorable as the amoureuses 91. may be it's still a bit too early. i am not too sure about its value though, at US$1000~
the stupid sommelier has decanted this bottle for an hour. The wine is already gone when i drank it :(
