Montes - Cherub Rose of Syrah
Deep pink. Peppery red berry and cherry aromas are complemented by licorice and pungent herbs. Sappy and rich on the palate, offering powerful red berry and bitter cherry flavors and very finishing grip. This serious pink wine could stand up to strongly seasoned foods.

Torbreck - Woodcutter's Semillon
Fruit from both vineyards (split into four separate parcels) was handpicked and gently 'whole bunch' pressed to individual vats where they were left to settle. After 24 hours the younger blocks were racked to tank whilst the older more robust parcels were transferred to 6 year old French barriques where they underwent a long cool fermentation. The various components were later 'assembled' prior to bottling in November 2011.

"A brilliant wine of deep red color with purple hues. The nose displays aromas of cherries, plums, cloves and vanilla, as well as a hint of smoke suggesting elegance and complexity.
