Bernard Baudry - Chinon Les Granges
Very tasty first trial of chinon. Subtle leafy vegetal fruit leaf nose and flavors. Currants, slight barnyard, floral/herbal flavors. Had with tomato eggplant bruschetta which brought out the sweet fruit notes.
