RSS stands for "Really Simple Syndication". It is a way to easily distribute a list of headlines, update notices, and sometimes inventory changes to a wide number of people. Think of it as a one-stop shop for all the stuff you want to read online. For the consumer, an aggregator or reader, either web-based or installed on your computer, ties it all together.

To make use of this information, you have to download and install an RSS feed reader like SharpReader. Every so often, the aggregator checks the RSS feeds you selected. 2006 Banfi - Rosso di Montalcino
Lovely color and great flavor. There is a velvet quality to this wine. It will benefit from some more time in the cellar. I will buy more of this.

1999 Schug - Cabernet Sauvignon Heritage Reserve
Comment by Thewinery on 01/02/2009 From 1973 to 1983, Walter Schug made some of the most memorable Cabernet Sauvignons and Bordeaux-style blends in California history while Winemaker for Joseph Phelps Vineyards in the Napa Valley. His own Bordeaux blend exhibits the same finesse, intensity and ageability that have made his earlier wines rare and valuable collector's items. This complex wine has dense color and structure and features bright aromas of violets and blueberries, with ripe fruit flavors reminiscent of cherries, chocolate and cassis. Nicely integrated tannins and oak give it a rich texture and a long and elegant finish. It drinks well on release paired with rich meats and cheeses, however this wine will continue to improve with additional cellaring for up to 10 years. No Further Discounts Apply for this Item! Available in Magnum, Jeroboam and Rehoboam.
