2004 Santa Rita - Cabernet Sauvignon Floresta Apalta Vineyard
needs an hour in the decanter - earthy flavor due to the valley - overall loved the tannins - think easily could have gone 3-4 more years in the cellar

Decanted for an hour - so smooth - great finish - tasted a lot of earth on the front with hints of tobacco if I had to pick one dominant - still could have gone 10 more years - OVERALL AWESOME

2002 Calyptra - Inedito Limited Edition
Decanted 1 hour - fan freakin tastic - big fruit on the nose with a long finish - where can I get more??? Could still go a few more years in the cellar
