Epoch - Zinfandel Paderewski Vineyard
Estate grown. Very concentrated and spicy. Plenty of tannin s. nice balance of oak. Really yummy. Softer day 3, and tasty. Expect more development as it ages and tannins break down. (A)

Epoch - Estate Blend
56% Syrah 26% Grenache 11% Mourvèdre 7% Tempranillo , Paso Robles, CA, opened up oaky and spices and very rich and dark. Big, but somewhat unbalanced. Day 2, very nice, oak subsided and left rich, dark and complex fruit. Needed serious decanting on the first day. Yum! (A)

Grey Stack Cellars Sauvignon Blanc
nice, rich full of juicy flavor and enough tartness with good balance. Seemed to have a hint of sweetness. More substantial than CSM. Nice with mussels and scallops (B)
