Great wine, straw-like color with hints of truffle and honey on the nose. Really opened up after 45 minutes. Has many years left.

Haut-Brion - Blanc
Sherry like nose. The sharpness and brightness of the sav blanc was muted over time and the wine had a flavor reminiscent of flan. Simply amazing.
