Brick red, rose petals, tar, leather. Fig and plum on the initial attack with solid mid-palate. The finish was long with harmonious tannins and acidity. Perfect with duck ragu on tagliatelle.

Bright red, clear, nose of truffles and forest floor. Beautiful balance of acidity and fruit. Traces of camphor. Beautiful with cedar plank wild king salmon.
