RSS stands for "Really Simple Syndication". It is a way to easily distribute a list of headlines, update notices, and sometimes inventory changes to a wide number of people. Think of it as a one-stop shop for all the stuff you want to read online. For the consumer, an aggregator or reader, either web-based or installed on your computer, ties it all together.

To make use of this information, you have to download and install an RSS feed reader like SharpReader. Every so often, the aggregator checks the RSS feeds you selected. You log on to the aggregator and see the updates to your favorite sites, blogs and stores, all in one place. For more information on RSS, please visit:

2010 A Rafanelli - Cabernet Sauvignon Unfiltered
Fruit forward with nice herbaceous notes on the finish

(Tasted Oct 18, 2014)

2009 Jaffurs - Grenache Blanc Thompson Vineyard
Apple and white peach. Enough acidity to give it crispness. Paired nicely with a chili, crab and lemon linguini.

(Tasted Sep 21, 2014)

2008 Toulouse - Pinot Noir Estate

(Tasted Sep 9, 2014)

2009 Cuvaison - Chardonnay S Block
This is the kind of oak bomb Chardonnay that I used to favor. Wood chips flavor was so overwhelming that the fruit got lost. Thank goodness I've moved on to French wines and unoaked Chardonnays which are much better and food friendlier!

(Tasted Sep 8, 2014)

2005 Ridge - Chardonnay Home Ranch
This is amazing Chardonnay. Supple and full in the mouth. Just enough oak and fruit. Wish we had more!

(Tasted Aug 28, 2014)
