Predator - Zinfandel Old Vine
Predator Zinfandel is sourced from 50+year old vines that produce rich and intensely flavored fruit. The resulting wine is big and bold with hallmark "old vine" velvety texture, spice and vibrant varietal flavors.

Montes Alpha - Cabernet Sauvignon
The 2008 Montes Alpha Cabernet Sauvignon is a nice, smooth, drinkable wine. There's plum, ripe fruit, and a little earthiness on the nose. In the mouth nice tannins complement the smoothness . We found it a tad bitter on the finish, however. Overall, a relatively simple wine that is really quite easy to drink but not anything fantastic. There are a number of users on Cellartracker who believe this wine is still too young, which may be the case, but we can only rate it as it stands now. from The Reverse Wine Snob

From the winemaker: This wine is enticing now in its youth, with its bright fresh cherry fruit aromas and framed by toasted oak. It also has acidity and some depth to the flavors that bode well for aging over the next 5-7 years.

Wine Maker Note:
This wine is based on 51% glorious, velvety Syrah and not so secretly blended in 49% bold, rich Cabernet Sauvignon. The result is a berry-filled mouthful of wine with a hint of toast.
