Erath - Gewurztraminer Oregon
A dry gewurtz with a soft berry finish almost like a light, fruity beaujolais. Very interesting, but lacking some structure.
Zebra Cellars - Wild Z
medium bodied. tasty and well-balanced. Nothing extrodinary or revealing here, but a dependable Washington red, nonetheless.
Covey Run - Cabernet Sauvignon
smooth and tasty, but nothing complex or eye-opening here.
Eyrie - Pinot Gris Estate
A full-bodied pinot gris. Copper colored, with a honeyed finish. Very well-structured and rich in texture. Almost like a chardonnay, but with a more crisp acidity.
Erath - Pinot Noir Estate Selection
Fresh cherries and a dash of spice. Very lovely and balanced with a good finish.
