Awesome, chalky, minerality - I want to taste blind against Salon. Hard to find, buy it if you do.

Jean-Marc Brocard - Chablis Valmur
Too ripe/tropical/sweet for me, tastes like an 06 and not an 07. Some really like this producer, after a similar 07 Clos, I will not buy again.

Too young, but you can taste the Coche signature, without too much oak - very ripe without being overdone and losing the Meursault character.

Lots of rich fruit and vanilla oak...great if you like that, gross if you don't
