Vieux Donjon - Chateauneuf du Pape
Very ruby color. A nicely balanced overall wine. Great depth, and deep dark fruit, with a nice barnyard character. Drinkable, and in balance tannic structure.

very burgundian. Gevrey in character. 1st bottling of this wine, and the 09' vintage was great. So this is a wine to look out for and follow over the years,

Williams Selyem - Pinot Noir Litton Estate Vineyard
Deep Pinot color. Nose shows hints of orange zest and caramel. Palate is fresh, with citrus zest and caramel showing through on the palate. Sharp acidic structure, Long finish filled with herbal nuance and smoky oak. Zest quality is the main profile. Again, good wine, but williams selyem has let me down overall and I fear this is my last bottle I will order. Just not enough for the price point.

Alain Burguet - Gevrey-Chambertin Mes Favorites Vieilles Vignes
dark pinot color. Nose is just becoming secondary. A very dusty and savage dark fruit aroma. Showing elegant floral nuance, yet strong and complex backbone. A pretty impressive wine. layered dark fruit and deep earth are prominent on the palate. A hint of kirsch and cassis flows into the long, mature and surprisingly complex finish. A serious village wine. The old vines certainly show the rustic and dusty mineral terroir. Drink it up, cause this is fantastic gevrey!!

Joseph Drouhin - Chambolle-Musigny Les Amoureuses 1er Cru
Light color. Nose is mature and complex. Elegant red berry fruit, perfumed rustic earth. Absolutely gorgeous red cranberry and sharp mineral infused acidity with a transparent mid palate, showing spicy red fruit, and a very long finish. This is a beautiful women with a sharp bite, but with a pure heart. Really just amazing wine. Amoureuse must be my favorit vineyard on earth.....
