Red Car - Syrah Shake Rattle Roll
Strong red raspberry jam on the nose, deep inky purple. Despite the nose, mild fruit on the palate with a decent tanin finish. Paired nicely with homemade "bruschetta ahi" ahi tuna steak over cauliflower puree topped with tomato, balsamic, basil.
