2000 Robert Sinskey - Pinot Noir Carneros
Weak nose. Good color. Faint smell of strawberries and violets. The taste was similar to the nose, but very muted. Probably waited a couple years too long to drink this.

NV Roederer Estate - Brut Estate
Very good. Nice acid with yeast overtones and buttered pears?

2005 Eventide - Shiraz
Big fruit, but balanced. Tannins are very well integrated. Smooth wine. Not overextracted like so many new world bottles of shiraz. NOt very complex, but excellent for everyday drinking at this price point ($14).
