Moet & Chandon - Vintage Brut Imperial
Color: Light lemon Nose: Honey, toastiness Palate: Medium acidity. Light and elegant. Not very dry and hints of sweetness. Good aftertaste
William Fevre - Chablis Les Vaillons 1er Cru
Rich flavor of floral and citrus. More creamier and richer in flavor than the Bessins' Montmains that tasted two weeks ago.
Very full bodied and ripe with flavor of leather, earth, spice and blackcurrent. An easy drink but a bit too ripe and fat to me.
Cos d'Estournel - Les Pagodes de Cos
Initial nose quite thin and light. Seems lacking power and concentration. Wait for half an hour and it started to blossom. Elegant, finesse with good power and concentration. Especially like its wood and Asian spices flavor. Very enjoyable.
Jean-Claude Bessin - Chablis Montmains 1er Cru
Nose of flower, citrus, honey and vanilla. Very good aftertaste.
