1982 Beychevelle
Allowed to decant for 1hour. Beautiful ruby color. Black fruit, minerals. A rich Earthy wine. Has held up well for being 30 years old.

2009 Denner - Syrah Dirt Worshipper
A rich powerful wine. Nice perfume on the nose. Very dark fruit and dense ripe berry flavors. Needs a little time to mellow, but an exceptional decadent wine.

2002 Verdad - Tempranillo Sawyer Lindquist Vineyard
Drinking quite nice. Round black fruit with hints of blackberry showing through. Soft tannins with a nice dry finish. Allowed to decant for an hour before drinking.

2006 Ken Brown - Chardonnay Nielson Vineyard
An excellent wine. Nice notes of apple, pear, and subtle honey flavors. Good acidity holding it together. Drinking quite nicely now.

1996 Pahlmeyer - Malbec
Allowed to decant for 1 hour. Browning on the edges. Subtle berry flavors, nice strong leafy backbone with a smooth dry finish. Overall a very nice wine. Only for those that like older wines.
