RSS stands for "Really Simple Syndication". It is a way to easily distribute a list of headlines, update notices, and sometimes inventory changes to a wide number of people. Think of it as a one-stop shop for all the stuff you want to read online. For the consumer, an aggregator or reader, either web-based or installed on your computer, ties it all together.

To make use of this information, you have to download and install an RSS feed reader like SharpReader. Every so often, the aggregator checks the RSS feeds you selected. 2004 Elena Fucci - Aglianico del Vulture Titolo
This wine is really tough. No amount of decanting seems to help. I don't know what happened to this wine, but It's gone.

2006 Rodaro - Ribolla Gialla
ICK. This wine was not corked or oxidized, but it was terrible. It is bitter. Its full body only compounded the problem. No discernable fruit, just big and thick and bitter. I poured the whole thing down the drain. Wouldn't even cook with it.

2007 Herdade do Esporao - Reguengos Reserva Blanco
This wine really exceeded my expectations. It is perfectly balanced. The nose matches the wonderful, stone fruit. The finish is a tiny bit crisp. This wine has the roundness of a chardonnay but the fruit is more distinguishable, fresh, and special. Either I couldn't taste the oak or it was so perfectly integrated it complemented the lovely fruit. This wine is different and good.

2006 Alcina - Pinot Noir Russian River Valley
Too much oak

2006 Philippe Faury - St Joseph Blanc
Dry. Full bodied. Tight mineral grip finish. This would pair well with a cream sauce or something that needs to be cut. This is a different, interesting wine. Not at all typical.
