Stags' Leap Winery - Ne Cede Malis
The wine started out very earthy, almost like it was "corked". As the wine opened a bit it became very smooth with a rich deep flavor of wood and leather. Very delicious after about 15 mins of breathing.

Smooth - creamy, toasty, adaptable flavors of vanilla, honey & melon.
Food - pasta, chicken, soft cheese.

Cinnabar - Mercury Rising
Bold - intense, complex, heavy flavors of coffee, pepper, licorice.
Food - hearty and spicy dishes, complex flavors, hard cheeses.

Robert Sinskey - Merlot Carneros
Fantastic value. Bold, big taste, yet smooth. Great with food.

Clos du Val - Chardonnay Carneros
Very easy to drink. Burgondy style white. Fruit forward, not much wood.
