need some air to open up(2 hrs bottle airing), spicy, herbs, peppery nose.

Gros Frere et Soeur - Vosne-Romanee 1er Cru
initially, there is nose of soy sause when first opened. after 2 hrs of bottle airing, nose of red fruit and floral note appeared. however, the wine is very acidic in the mouth and with rough tannin. better in the nose than in the mouth

Lafon, Comtes - Meursault Clos de la Barre
the wine didn't oen even opened for 3 hrs, closed and not ready. (did show hints of white flowers, peach, minerals for an instance) better leave it for a few more yrs
