RSS stands for "Really Simple Syndication". It is a way to easily distribute a list of headlines, update notices, and sometimes inventory changes to a wide number of people. Think of it as a one-stop shop for all the stuff you want to read online. For the consumer, an aggregator or reader, either web-based or installed on your computer, ties it all together.

To make use of this information, you have to download and install an RSS feed reader like SharpReader. Every so often, the aggregator checks the RSS feeds you selected. 2005 Aldegheri - Amarone della Valpolicella Classico
A fine example of what makes Amarones worth seeking out. Full dark berry flavours, a wonderfully deep colour in the glass. Extremely inviting aroma, fruit and subtle sweetness. Though this features quite a high abv, it is soft in the mouth, and never feels 'hot', but the flavours linger long in the mouth, and enhance the flavours of meat in a good meal.

NV Marc Hebrart - Brut Cuvee de Reserve 1er Cru
This is a nice champagne. It has a lovely appearance, the bubbles are fine, the mouse delivers an inviting aroma, and a crispness reminiscent of green apples presents a delicious welcome to a balanced biscuity classic champagne taste. A lovely champagne to set the celebration off and running. Easy and enjoyable to drink.

2003 Torbreck - The Steading
This is an exceptional wine. It has balanced fruit flavours, fully integrated tannins, gorgeous colour in the glass and a flavour that lingers for quite a while, leaving you looking forward to the next mouthful. Accompanied roast pork pefectly.

1972 Ferrand
Remarkable wine that survives in a weakened form, with frail tannins mellowed by time and thankfully still drinkable. Requires careful decanting and no more to be ready to be enjoyed. Paired with roast beef very well.

2010 Louis Michel et Fils - Chablis Foret 1er Cru
What a complex mouthful. This wine is so nice that it floods your mouth with an array of flavours that, whilst austere in overall description, are all so very precise, that it is a joy to pick them out. Peaches, sweet and yet just under-ripe, spicy like candied fruit, with the underlying terroir stamp of oyster shells emerging as time goes by in the glass. So complex, and so very nice.
