RSS stands for "Really Simple Syndication". It is a way to easily distribute a list of headlines, update notices, and sometimes inventory changes to a wide number of people. Think of it as a one-stop shop for all the stuff you want to read online. For the consumer, an aggregator or reader, either web-based or installed on your computer, ties it all together.

To make use of this information, you have to download and install an RSS feed reader like SharpReader. Every so often, the aggregator checks the RSS feeds you selected. 2000 Malartic-Lagraviere - La Sillage de Martillac
Drinking great, prime drinking window with some years to go. Berry, smoky and some mineral on the nose. Currents and cherry, medium body, relatively long finish, balanced and great value.

1993 Albert Morot - Beaune Les Bressandes 1er Cru
Very fresh for almost 20 years, cork was almost like new. Some pleasant tannins remain and the wine had a sense of tanginess and zip with dark fruits.

1996 Lanson - Brut Gold Label Vintage
Terrific, drank against Krug NV. Easily stood its ground, still years of good drinking ahead. Fine bubbles, tight and structured, hints of strawberry and raspberry, plenty of acidity but very well balanced. Lovely.

1999 Chandon de Briailles - Savigny-Les-Beaune Les Lavieres 1er Cru
Still very young with significant minerality, acid, sweet tannins and classic SLB fruit which is still somewhat hidden in the structure. Opens up more on day 2. Terrific value and years to go.

2005 Calera - Pinot Noir Selleck Vineyard
Drinking extremely well with mostly primary flavors and some secondary emerging. Palette has rich fruit, cherry, berry, cola and a touch of acid. Very balanced, tannins are mostly diminished, with years ahead.
