Jones Family - Cabernet Sauvignon
Consumed alongside 2004 Harlan. Not as powerful as the Harlan, but no featherweight either. Fine tannins with a 15+ second finish. May have been the non-regular cabernet crowd favorite. Cork was a tricky.

Had this @ my mothers 70th @ Morton's. Decanted for 1 hour (could have used at least 1 more hour) Show & paired perfectly with the tenderloin. Long finish. Outstanding
