Bachelet-Monnot - Puligny Montrachet La Folatieres 1er Cru
An extremely well made white burgundy with depth, finesse, minerality and a long and clean finish. It would be difficult for a chardonnay to be much better than this. Within a year or so of peak condition. Don't miss it.

Dunn - Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley
Classic Randy Dunn winemaking. Maturing nicely but still has room to grow in complexity.

Whitehall Lane - Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve
This is a really terrific wine. Dark purple, silky tanins, sexy. Wonderful mouthfeel, dark cherry, leather, and hints of vanilla and mint. 40 second finish. Showing a little sediment, and at its peak.

Louis Roederer - Brut Premier
Silky, citrus, with a light mineral finish. Still drinking well, good value.
2005
Neal Family - Cabernet Sauvignon
Nicely delineated, silkly tanins, black fruit, with a hint of mint on the finish.
