Flowers - Pinot Noir Keefer Ranch
Dark cherry in color with slight lightening at the rim. Sour cherry and spice with the fruit forward and the spice in the background. Beginning maturity - not a long ager but no rush either.

Lafite-Rothschild - Carruades de Lafite
Surprisingly good. Medium-bodied with a long finish...solid elements of cassis, chocolate, tobacco, and lead pencil...very elegant. Definitely Bordeaux, but a wine new world cab lovers would enjoy if they can get past the lack of power. Ordered two bottles from Sherry Lehman due to great bordeaux value.
