RSS stands for "Really Simple Syndication". It is a way to easily distribute a list of headlines, update notices, and sometimes inventory changes to a wide number of people. Think of it as a one-stop shop for all the stuff you want to read online. For the consumer, an aggregator or reader, either web-based or installed on your computer, ties it all together.

To make use of this information, you have to download and install an RSS feed reader like SharpReader. Every so often, the aggregator checks the RSS feeds you selected. 1994 Giuseppe Quintarelli - Rosso Ca'del Merlo
Very good out of the bottle, stronger character than anticipated based on reviews. Over time, this wine lost it a bit, but good for first hour. Spice & tang embedded in front and back.

2004 Saxum - James Berry Vineyard (Cuvee)
As the Quintarelli Rosso fell off, we opened this bottle. Much deeper wine which matched the food better (ribs). All liked it more, just more there there.

2000 Bruno Giacosa - Barolo
Solid, not off the hook. Decanting more helps.

2003 Mount Eden - Cabernet Sauvignon Estate
Love this stuff. Have not had much of the 03, and it is probably a hair less good than the 01 or 99, but still the value of values. Juicy, thick and fruit filled. A really great wine for ~$40.

1998 Ceretto - Barolo Bricco Rocche
Good, not outstanding. Drank right out of the bottle, needed a while (~90 minutes, perhaps less) to settle down and breath. A little musty but solid nonetheless.

(Tasted Feb 23, 2015)
