Pichon Baron
Cedar/plum notes with good intensity. Fruit has diminished but, still balanced with softened tannins. Finish lingers & wine seems fully mature.

Alysian - Pinot Noir Russian River Selection
Youthful Cassis/cherry nose, full bodied with great balance and mouth feel and alingering after taste. The fruit seemed to hold off the tannins perfectly.

Dalla Valle - Cabernet Sauvignon
Classic Cabernet nose of cooked cherries and spices. Color is stillan intense ruby with no signs of aging. Well balanced palate with fruit holding tannins in check. Lingering after taste. Great wine for Colorado Lamb!

R wines Chateau Chateau Blewitt Springs
has evolved to a graceful cinnamon like nose and softened consideribly since last tasted. Nose and finished lingered indecating that it will continue to mature.

Dow's - Vintage Port
Forward fruit of a young wine. Perfectly evolved with a long finish. Should be at it's peak for a number of years.
