This was a wine included in a club subscription. We chose it as a dinner wine because it was an "odd" bottle, meaning we had no more. It was a delicious wine with plenty of life left in it. If you have some, drink! Or, hold!

Quintessa - Red
This wine is drinking much better than on release-the tannins have relaxed a bit and the fruit is shining nicely. Drinking now, one might wish to decant a half hour or so.On the down side, however, 2 of the 7 bottles we have consumed from a case were found to have cork taint and that has been most disappointing.

Excellent, this wine is still tightly wound and will take some decanting to relax-many more years of good drinking to come
