Seavey - Cabernet Sauvignon
Big, bold, and rich full bodied Napa Cab that I really like. Ripe, extracted dark fruit with a smooth mouth-feel, smooth tannins and a lingering finish. On second inspection RP is rating this one 97 points. A small production Cabernet that I highly recommend.
Baldacci Family - Cabernet Sauvignon Brenda's Vineyard
Full extraction, great concentration dark, ripe fruit, cassis, tobacco, and elements of dark chocolate. Hedonistic and delicious! The best Baldacci Cabernet I've ever had. Brenda is voluptuous, full bodied drinking very well. A fabulous Cab.
Lancaster Estate - Cabernet Sauvignon Estate
Tannic, ripe dark cherries and dark sweet fruit, cassis, tobacco and black licorice. A very good Cab from the Alexander Valley. 89.6 points
Drinkward Peschon - Cabernet Sauvignon Entre Deux Meres
Drinking nicely and I wish I would have waited on. We enjoyed this medium/ full bodied wine with prominent tannins. Notes of dark fruit and bitter sweet chocolate, pencil lead shavings, nice structure and a smooth finish.
Herold - Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley
A Full-bodied, expressive Cabernet. 2010 is the debut vintage with fruit sourced from Stagecoach Vineyard and the Coombsville appellation. 100% Cabernet that shows better sooner, especially if you are drinking immediately out of the bottle (A pop and pour).
