Icicle Ridge - Syrah
The classic nature of the Syrah vatietal is very present in our newest release. The nose is loaded with casis and clove, with a great peppery mid-palate. This wine is bright which emphasizes its ability to age. It is ready to enjoy now but will be a spectacular treat if aged 3-4 years. Syrah is the perfect match for your favorite meat and pasta dishes.

Icicle Ridge - Chardonnay
Signature preparation of Chardonnay with stainless steel versus oak barrels results in a fruit driven wine which is crisp and truly refreshing. This approach recently gained the attention of National Geographic Adventure magazine in an atricle titled, "Another Bottle of Icicle Ridge Chardonnay, Please." The new release is full of citrus with a hint of lemon. It is a beautiful straw colored wine with a lot of sparkle in the glass. Cherish the long long finish!

Longer finish than previous vintages. Young; should develop into a well-rounded wine.

3 Blind Moose - Cabernet Sauvignon
Good paring with red meats. One of the more solid vintages to date.
