RSS stands for "Really Simple Syndication". It is a way to easily distribute a list of headlines, update notices, and sometimes inventory changes to a wide number of people. Think of it as a one-stop shop for all the stuff you want to read online. For the consumer, an aggregator or reader, either web-based or installed on your computer, ties it all together.

To make use of this information, you have to download and install an RSS feed reader like SharpReader. Every so often, the aggregator checks the RSS feeds you selected. You log on to the aggregator and see the updates to your favorite sites, blogs and stores, all in one place. For more information on RSS, please visit:

2007 Aubert - Chardonnay Reuling Vineyard
Another spectacular 2007 Aubert Chardonnay. A bit more restrained and austere than the Ritchie or Lauren vineyard products, with great mineral and acid structure. A lovely, age-worthy effort in a very sophisticated, French style.

2005 Levendi - Cabernet Sauvignon Sweetwater Ranch
A beautifully balanced, delicious cabernet. It's very dark color suggests power and concentration. Yet, surprisingly, this wine is graceful, feminine, plum-y and surprisingly approachable. Seems almost like a pinot noir, but with a slightly rounder, bigger mouthfeel.

2006 Bonhomme, Andre - Macon-Villages
What a surprisingly lovely, young white Burgundy. Dry, well-balanced, supple and extremely food friendly. A fresh, interesting, nicely structured wine. At under $24 a bottle, this is an extraordinary find and a fabulous value!

2000 Terra Valentine - Cabernet Sauvignon Wurtele Vineyard
Lovely fruit, soft tannins, well-integrated and starting to reach its peak.
