2004 Drinkward Peschon - Cabernet Sauvignon Entre Deux Meres
Another lovely bottle. This is some very well made wine. Not many notes as was consumed along with several other bottles over a leisurely dinner with friends. Solid 91 points.

2007 Turley - Zinfandel Old Vines
Yet another Turley, basically compare favorably to everything they make. Drunk a little young but at this alcohol content didn't want to let it go too long (and making space for incoming allocation :-) ).

1981 Prager Knights Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
Very difficult to beat a $10.00 gamble on WineBid. Bottle was in good shape, better than base neck fill. A little mold around and in the capsule. Popped and filtered into decanter. Bricked up but dark for a cab I would have expected to have completely faded by now. A brick and mahogany rim. Not terribly complex on the bouquet (some leather, some pencil lead, a bit of floral notes) or on tasting but pleasant (fruity, a bit minty, well-rounded). If anything a little hot as the alcohol has begun to predominate over what's left of the fruit. All in all another successful early '80's Cally experiment and as noted for 10 bucks, well worth it for the educational experience. No score (learning experience).

2006 Alicia - Nebbiolo Lujan de Cuyo
Infanticide; this needed at least 5 more years but I was doing research in advance of a regional tasting later this month. No score- my fault.

2005 Tablas Creek - Esprit de Beaucastel
Opened young to see where things are going. I echo Steve Tanzer's notes on this wine. If you're interested in a better description than I can give it, Tablas' blog has recent tasting notes. Great stuff at this price point and I'm glad I have more- this winery is one to watch though I'm afraid to see what happens when people find out Parker gave the most recent Panoplie upwards of 98 points... Will let my other bottles rest a few more years and develop. Scored lower b/c I opened it young (not the wine's fault).
