Cloud View - Proprietary Red
Big red, flat nose, smoke, fiery
Cafaggio - Cortaccio
Dark ruby with great legs. Berries with violets on the finish
Thin with some complexity. Not my favorite style.
Adobe Road - Pinot Noir
Great old world style Pinot. Dried cherries, surprisingly full bodied.
Walla Walla - Merlot Walla Walla Valley
Great wine with tremendous complexity. Strong legs, long finish. Decanted for one hour. Served it with filet mignon. Wine matched fairly well but was a little overwhelmed by grilled meat. Will try this wine with lighter meats next.
