2000 Azelia - Barolo Bricco Fiasco
Drinking perfect now. Classic Barolo with an extra touch of barker berries and sweet tannins.

2001 Pio Cesare - Barolo Ornato
Decanted for a half hour but should have done at least an hour. Very good integration and the tannins are becoming fine, but maybe not yet fully resolved. Good fruit. At least another 10 to 15 years of drinking window.

1997 Poggio Antico - Brunello di Montalcino
It took about 8 yrs for this wine to come together and put on weight in the bottle. But now it drinks like classic brunello, not modern style. Descent core of fruit, with well integrated alcohol and tannins.
