Tor - Cabernet Sauvignon Mast Vineyard
Very deep black fruits, perhaps a bit overpowering. I would expect 5 yrs of additional age would resolve the very jammy overall persona of the wine.

Really needs the right food pairing to bring out the best in the wine. Also recommend decanting for more than an hour.

Still very tight. Needs 5 more years to come in. Should be great when it does.

Eredi Fuligni - Brunello di Montalcino (Vigneti Dei Cottimelli)
Definitly still developing. Full bodied, drying but fine tannins, rasberry and casis on the back palate. This has a long way to go still, and i would wait another 5 yrs to see development, but that will be hats bc this is pretty good brunello.
