1986 Beringer - Cabernet Sauvignon Private Reserve
THE best wine I have ever tasted! Tasted like caramel and brown sugar. Red fruit was still there. Wow. How this wine evolved into this taste is astonishing!!

2005 William Hill - Cabernet Sauvignon
Again, very wild on the mouth. Almost like a dance party but something beneath is there.

Allthough I am new to "tasting Parker-style", I do think that the wine is very young and wild. It has something beneath its' wild side but it may or may not come out with time. Great daily wine!
